This is a thread to introduce yourself, say hello, where you're from, and all that good stuff. Welcome aboard.

see, being first to reply here (16 minutes after the thread was created, yikes) kinda makes me look like a stalker haha, timezone co-incidence only, honest - I always check the forum (and recently for a new one) every morning when I get to work :D
so, here we are. I'm dogbert from Scotland, and have been a fan of all things Ben for many years now. Looking forward to being a part of this great community once again :)

    Loving Xenforo!

Hahaha. Not at all. Glad you made it back. Thanks for the help defeating the spam bots on the last one. Shouldn't be an issue with this set though.

And yeah, another community I'm a part of uses xenforo now as well. Like it a lot. Good tools, and really nice on the admin side. Much simpler to use. Just not to install.

If it makes you feel like less of a stalker I was the first person registered to the forums I believe.
  7. Hello, im Randy from western pennsylvania. ive been listening to ben for a few years and have been force-feeding his music into my friends ears. most of them like it as a christmas gift, my friend painted me the cover of ghost. he only did it for a school project, but nonetheless i love it haha maybe you'd like to come here, ben, sign my painting and play us a show. we'll treat you to some mcdonalds, or subway, applebees or whatever floats your boat. there's this old abandoned building with pretty good lighting (smashed out windows) and sound (echos) i think you'd like to play in. if you ever find yourself up around pittsburgh, let me know haha. glad the forum is up and running, it looks great!

You've come along way since the old days, Ben.. I was so stoked when I came across the Welcome Home video.. It got me hooked.. Believe it or not, we use to skate together back in the day.. It's Mike.. Not sure if you remember me or not.. Haha just wanted to let you know you've got more support from Jax Beach. :D

Whoa. Mike from utility house and sea walk? Well, I'll be damned. It's been ... what ... 10 years? Hahaha.

That sounds great, actually. Throw the location up in the shows forum so I can keep it on the list.

I don't have a ton to say, but Ghost literally defined my life last year. I listened to it every single day for months straight. I'm not generally a big poster on forum type sites, but if nothing else, I had to say thank you. Im dying to hear Roots, I hope someday you come close enough to Utah that I could come watch a show.

Hey everyone! Hayley from the northeastern wilderness of Massachusetts here. My favorite color is deep purple and my favorite animal is the archaeopteryx. I'm 19 years old and work at a shoe store in a mall. I spend most of my time beating my boyfriend at Worms 3D on the gamecube and bothering my cats. Looking forward to posting with y'all!

Hey there! I'm Tina, from Vancouver/Montreal, Canada. I just wanted to post and show my support - very rarely do I come across an artist so... genuine. Thanks a lot for all the music, Ben. Know that there's an immense amount of gratitude behind that simple sentence. Super excited about all the upcoming stuff!

Hey everyone, calling in from the -burn- (Auburn), Ca. I was a member on the previous forums and would venture on there quite a bit. Got a lot of good feedback which kept me coming back. For one, I'd say I think I've been a tremendous fan of Ben's musical creations longer than I had actually realized. Anyhow, lots of respect and admiration towards that guy, through lots of conversations and TF2 matches lol.

I'll be sticking around here for some time. Nice meeting you all, again.

Hello everyone. I am from Glasgow, Scotland. I have been following your music since about 2008 after a recommendation from a stranger at a Radiohead gig, I will be forever in her debt as electric president self titled album became the soundtrack the entire year and the more I found the better it got. Keep up the good work and I am very excited for the new Radical Face album.

Hello! I'm Steffen from Norway. Nice to see a few people here already :)
I think I started listening to Electric President back in 2006/07 when I heard Insomnia. I haven't stopped listening to Ben's work since; Electric President, Radical Face, Patients, Unkle Stiltskin and some other stuff. I'm really looking forward to the new Radical Face album(s) and the Clone project with Rickolus! I'm a fan of Rickolus as well, so the Clone project is gonna be great!
Other than that I spend a lot of time with photography and playing/watching Starcraft 2.

Hi all, I'm Angus from Northumberland in the UK. First heard Ben's work on a documentary about Eddie Izzard running 43 marathons in a row. They played " Wecome Home" as he finished in Trafalgar Square. Since then I've enjoyed finding as much of Ben's work as possible. I have to admit I prefer the sound of Radical Face to Electric President but what would I know, I'm a dinosaur :p
