Hi. I was trying to pre-order the Deluxe CD Bundle from the US store, but an error comes up saying "The content has been removed by the artist". Does that mean that we can't pre-order anymore? Or do I have to wait until the release date?

There's a song on the record called Severus and Stone. The package is an mp3 of the song, and a short story that's a more elaborate version of what happens in the song. I did this with a number of songs on the record. I'll release a few more along the way.
Ben, are you bringing the shirts, cds, etc to your San Francisco show next week or should I just order now?
Another Ben, my wife and I will be there as well, and I'm sure you're just as excited as I am about this show. I think I read the cd's will be running late so, I'm not sure what you have planned but I would just buy it there if he's selling. Probably would increase the chances for signings. I'm sure Ben C. will suggest a final run down. Rest up Ben!
Any one else pumped for the "bonus gift"? I love getting extras with Cd's. Also I really like how Severus and Stone came with a short story. Really gave the track a lot more feeling! (not that it didn't have enough) it's just great to know the full story behind the song
I seem to be to frequent, but yes, I am. That's if I was early enough to be able to receive what ever random items Ben has lying around the house, hehe. Bummer about the delay of the physical release as I bought the deluxe+shirt package, but I guess it can't be helped. No worries. Maybe instead of signings, I can shake his hand, and say "Thank you." On the Severus and Stone, I liked the story log with what was gifted to those who have already pre-ordered. Not to many artists have every done this that I know of, if at all. So, it's been a real treat for us fans. If Ben is reading this, I sent out and posted (like a mini street team) a lot of the posters I had received all around and throughout Sacramento and the Placer County area, to get his name out there; plus the announcement of the release of The Family Tree

Had a read over Severus and Stone and it gave me chills, probably also because I was listening to the song at the same time. Ending was nice. All I can say is more, more! Cover every song!

So if we already pre-ordered the album thru itunes, should we just order it again with the bundle? Or does anyone know a way to cancel the itunes pre-order? hmmmm
All the merch looks really nice but I was just wondering something. Will the T- shirt and C-D still be available in a few months time or is it limited stock that will run out soon? Also it doesn't mention the bonus gift on the U.K store, do we still get it?
