This is basically gonna be a place to help organize shows. Mostly the non-traditional ones. I'll write a larger explanation for all this shortly, when I'm not half asleep. But this way I can organize them publicly, so if people want to get involved or have questions, it'll be easier to put it all together. Still not 100% sure how it'll all work, but it'll become clear somewhere along the way.
do u throw in some electric president songs?? i love good morning hypocrite and safe n sound, truth be told all of ur work is brilliant
Yeah, sometimes. When I'm touring alone I mix up all the projects. When I'm with a band, less often, because it's just more for them to learn. But if folks request it I don't mind playing them.
I would like to do something in Canada eventually. Really, the biggest issue with touring is that I lose a lot of money doing it, and I never have a consistent band. I have some shows out in California in October, and it's gonna cost me at least a couple thousand to go do them. And all the time spent practicing and touring is time away from writing and recording, which is what I enjoy the most. So no area is out of the question. It's really just when I can afford it and make it all line up.
So I actually only started listening to your music a couple of weeks ago, but I have to admit I am very impressed! I am from Australia, and really appreciate your music! I think you should come and do a show in Sydney ; ). When did you start writing music? Britt
Where in California do you plan to play? It would be awesome to see you come to San Diego! I would be more than happy helping you find somewhere to play, and offer housing while your here.
I would like to come out to Australia at some point. I've never been, and it's definitely on my list. It's just about working out when it'd be a good time to do it. And I guess I've been writing music since high school. So maybe 15 years. But it's only been in the last 8 that I've really worked on making records and getting them released. Not sure yet. I won't be in California terribly long. I might only be playing 3 shows total while I'm out there. But I'll see if I can work out San Diego.
If you come to Toronto you're welcome to crash in my little bachelor apartment/home studio to save a few bucks.haha
Yeah Fair enough. Well If you ever come to Australia- (Sydney). I would be happy to show you around. Good luck with the shows in America!!
Well if you happen to be in Chicago for some reason I have a pretty sweet back yard you could jam in. Free Pizza, bbq and beer!
Well I've said it many times - if you played anywhere in the UK I'd travel to see the show. Would absolutely love it if you came over to Scotland and played, although I wouldn't recommend any abandoned buildings or fields here cos you'd most likely get mugged haha, not to mention it rains most of the time I would definitely recommend King Tuts Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow, which is supposedly where Oasis were 'discovered', but don't let that put you off there are actually some amazing artists who have played there You'd need to let me know in advance though so I could secure a couple of tickets - my guess is that any show you announced for over here would sell out in minutes haha. http://www.kingtuts.co.uk/
and France ? I supose we can wait but I really want see you on a show ! and I am sure lot of french people like your music so you are welcoming !!!!
If you're coming out to california, I wouldn't hate to see you in Oregon at all. I might be able to work out some kind of guarantee even
No, forget Sydney and Perth. Come to Brisbane first;-) Definitely make sure you come to Australia, I'd love to see your show.
All I have to say is that, I've just completed the purchase to see you Oct 6 in San Fran. The wife and I are dramatically pleased.
