Iron Orchestra is a project between my brother and I. It's focused on compositions, mostly instrumental and minimalist. We have a lot of pieces written, but few of them have been recorded. We don't currently have access to the necessary instruments/players. The piano we write on is one step shy of falling apart and we haven't gotten any recordings out of it that we've been happy with. And ideally we'd like to work with a few more string players.

Update: We got to record a couple pieces in the practice room of a local college, so we have some "official" recordings now. This first one (in the player below) is the only piece we both feel is completely finished, but three more are underway and going well. We hope to have those wrapped up within the next few weeks. Check back to hear them.

We recently finished another piece, titled "Everyone You Know Is Dead." This one was centered around a set of chords on guitar, and a set of strings triggered by a midi-keyboard. We also wrote a variation of thisfor piano, but since my piano is dead, we'll have to hit up the local college again. As such, I'm not sure when we'll have a chance to track the second version.
